At Lumea your satisfaction matters. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it under the conditions below.
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible the item must:
Be unused and in the same condition as received.
Include all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
To start a return, email support at lumeafake dot zzz with your order number and reason for return.

2. Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Final-sale or promotional items
Opened or used skincare or cosmetic products
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return we will notify you by email.
If approved we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items at no charge.
To request an exchange send photos and your order number to exchange at lumeafake dot zzz.
5. Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund:
Check your bank or card account.
Contact your payment provider.

6. Shipping your return
You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or we sent the wrong product.
Use a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt as proof of shipment.
